The Great Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Substitute
Cool Cloud Vapor is one of several companies that offer flavored e-juice and liquid smoking cigarettes. Now the U.S. Foods and Drug Administration have issued warning letters to a further ten companies, including Great Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (doing business as Puff Bar) warning them to remove their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from industry immediately because they don’t have the correct premarket tobacco application in place. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids are usually favored by young adults, but that adults should also be protected against the over-selling of these products by adult consumers. Based on the FDA’s warning letters, some of the e-liquids involved had no flavor; however, these were being offered accessible in candy bars disguised as a healthy snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a dietary supplement and a sports drink. These states were misleading, the FDA states, because no FDA regulatory expectations or laws exist to modify dietary supplements and sports drinks. The business’s application for a non-prescription market distribution label specifically stated that the product could be used as a supplement. It was not designed for use as a sports take in or an athletic supplement, based on the FDA.
Whenever a customer purchased Puff Bar, he or she should have understood that the merchandise was intended for the consumption of candies, not nicotine gum, and that the flavours were added after the manufacturing process. According to the FDA, Puff Bar included nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical known as atrazine, which are a harmful carcinogen. While the agency says that atrazine does not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging as the ingredients that could cause the merchandise to be misused, if ingested, by children, or someone who shouldn’t be consuming the product.
The FDA says that because the manufacturers did not include precise statements or warnings about the potential hazards of the merchandise, the company’s product was misrepresented. An example of a misrepresentation will be that the product was designed for those who chew gum. Parents of small kids would not choose to give their kids puff bars as a snack. They would probably think that the merchandise was more dangerous when compared to a candy bar. The only method to ensure that consumers do not become victims of false advertising and marketing would be to strictly regulate the generation of e-liquids. Companies cannot use vague dialect or symbols on labels or packaging that claim that a product is acceptable on the market when it is not necessarily.
Puff Bar was one of several e-liquids manufactured by Nice Cloud Vapor Company. The company had other e-juice items including several premium brands, a few which had an array of what flavors do puff pubs can be found in. When I purchased my Great Cloud Vaporizer, I was expecting to purchase a product that did not have any flavorings inside it and therefore did not appeal to me. I was wrong.
Upon opening the box, I noticed that the puff container looked a lot like the container for an everyday cigarette. It also held a fairly massive amount nicotine, which made it difficult to hold onto while smoking as the entire mouth area of the disposable system was filled up with the whitish color of nicotine. I viewed the ingredients record for Puff Bar and found that it contained a similar things that I have come to expect from most of Cool Cloud’s other goods: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only difference between the product and the other products was that this product did not incorporate any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device in to the baggie provided by Cool Cools Vaporizer, I pressed underneath of the mouthpiece carefully on my lips to begin smoking immediately. Right away, my throat hit a good warm spot on the back of my throat that was not existing during smoking any traditional smokes. My second puff sent a rush of taste through my lips which lasted limited to a second and then my throat hit another hot spot that lasted just a couple of seconds. I exhaled slowly but surely while my eyes scanned the room for any sign of smoke. No cigar, no pop-can, only ash.
After inhaling the first puff, my palate quickly filled with sweet lemon juice, followed by a mild pepper to taste. After the third puff I experienced a nice and tangy tastes with a hint of bitterness. Following the fourth puff I noticed that the nicotine had settled properly into my lungs, providing me each of the nicotine I needed to complete the entire session without needing to worry about getting a bad buzz off of it.
